Online Workshop – Permit Update & NEW Permit Kiosk Website Demo!

We’re excited to offer an online workshop to discuss topics in an upcoming Building Permit software update and to demonstrate our new Permit Kiosk website that will soon be available.  

We’ll review the following topics within the upcoming software update:

  • Changes to add/modify/delete user.
  • Addition of a Custom User level.
  • Print paid only permit setting.
  • Receipt report changes.

Here’s a quick summary of the features and benefits of our new Permit Kiosk website:

  • Permit types and requirements can be customized for your municipality.
  • Users can apply for multiple permits related to a project in a single cart.
  • File upload capability for users to upload required permit documents.
  • Cart information is submitted to a secure web site maintained by Invoice Cloud where permit fees are collected and processed.
  • Reporting for your municipality to access completed permit transactions and uploaded files.

The Permit Kiosk can be available to you if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are a current user of our Avitar Building Permit system, and
  • You are a current client of our payment processor, Invoice Cloud.

We’re looking for a few early adopters that want to get on board first.  If you’re interested, give us a call, or speak to us during the online workshop.  We will have additional pricing details for you at the workshop.


The online workshop will be held Wednesday, November 1st, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
