We are pleased to announce two upcoming user group sessions scheduled for February. The dates and times are listed below and both sessions will take place at Avitar’s office in Chichester.
- February 24th – Clerk User Group – 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
This session is for all our Clerk clients: online MAAP, Browser, and Town Only. The agenda will include a discussion of the latest update, questions/answers, and update requests.
- February 25th –Advanced Clerk User Group – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
This session is for our seasoned Clerks who have a firm understanding of processing everyday transactions, but would like to understand some of the more complicated processes. Although this session is geared toward our Clerk MAAP clients, there will also be information that will benefit our Clerk Browser/Town Only clients as well. Some of the topics to be discussed will include Credit and Short Slip Maintenance, Changing Ownership through Registration View/Maintenance, Survivorship Registrations, Voiding Cart vs. Voiding Transaction.
