This is reminder to those of you who have not yet started your lien process:

• Lien Notices: The letters must be in the mail no later than August 30th (RSA 80:60)
• Lien Execute: The last day to execute a lien for all 2019 unpaid invoices is September 30th. (RSA 80:19)

To find out if you have any unpaid 2019 invoices, look at your Collections Year to Date report. Are there any 2019 warrants with amounts in the Balance Due column? If so, you will need to send out Lien Notices before August 30th.
