It’s that time of year again when additional late fees and civil forfeitures are assessed to dog invoices. We thought this would be an opportune time to remind you of the process to resend updated dog invoices to your Invoice Cloud portal for online payment, as well as the frequency with which you should do so.
What Types of Invoices Are Uploaded?
The process will upload/update an invoice for any dog that has not been licensed for the current year.
What fees are included on the invoices?
Each dog invoice that gets uploaded/updated will include any outstanding fees and charges up to the current month. This includes the $1.00 per month late fee starting June 1st.
How often should I upload dog invoices to Invoice Cloud?
As late fees are added at the beginning of every month starting June 1st, we recommend that you upload the dog invoices at least at the beginning of each month.
Note: Before uploading invoices to Invoice Cloud confirm that the messages for each category of invoice (Rabies Vaccination, Renewal, Civil Forfeiture) are still accurate.
