We decided to try something new this year and will be hosting a Tax Collect User Group meeting at the annual tax conference next week in North Conway.
It is always a challenge to find a date on which to have a meeting, especially with the conference and tax billing so close to each other. In the past few years we have been fortunate to meet during the conference for the breakout session by vendor, but we learned that these sessions were not scheduled this year. As we have come to really enjoy having you all in one room, we decided to have our own meeting.
So, if you are interested, we will be holding it Tuesday, October 22nd from 8am – 9am in the Mt. Monroe room. Topics and items for discussion will include new Kiosk features (Downloadable PDF Invoices and Paperless Tax Bill Notifications), the year end process, and the next update. Coffee and refreshments will be available. We hope to see you all there.
